Do you feel lost or stuck with deep sadness or anxiety? Do you find that your relationships are suffering and moving through your daily responsibilities have become quite difficult?
Our brains are wired to remember negative events far better than the positive ones. This is due to our innate human need for survival. We often develop ways of interacting with our world based off our stress and trauma triggers or activations. Often this is unconscious and happens due to the imprint stress/trauma has on our bodies.
I specialize with working with women and modalities that I use often include Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Integrative Somatic Trauma practices, mindfulness/meditation, CBT, Value exploration, DBT practices, and Strength's Perspective. Our bodies desire to operate in its healthiest form, let me help you discover what that is for you.
